Tim - Master Jeweler and Numismatist, started his career in 1985 by attending North Bennett Street Industrial School in Boston, MA. During that time, Tim apprenticed at the Jewelers Building where he studied and worked hands on creating fine jewelery. Through hard work and dedication, Valley Jewelers opened in Spring 1987. Later, Tim became a state juried member of The New Hampshire League of Craftsman in 1996 based on his talent. Tim had an interest in coins as early as 6 years old and continued to buy, sell, and trade coins right up to today. He is very much an expert in buying and selling coins, precious metals, and jewelry. Tim pursued his lifelong passion and knowledge of fine jewelry and numismatics into a reputable established business. He is more than willing to help folks best understand the history and value of their coins, collections, fine jewelry and estate jewelry. It's been Tim's ambition to continue to offer the public outstanding value, highest quality, exceptional service, expert advice for over 25 years.

Steve - Master Jeweler and Artisan, joined Valley Jewelers in 1989. Influenced and encouraged by his younger brother Tim, Steve was introduced to and mentored by Tim to build on his talent for making fine jewelry. Steve quickly transformed himself into a technical bench jeweler by working with gold, silver, platinum, diamonds, and gemstones. Later, he went on to gain an education around the knowledge and use of laser welding technology. Over the years, Steve gained invaluable experience with his vision for design, antique restoration, goldsmithing, stone setting, engraving, fabrication, electroplating, forging, and polishing. We are very honored to have such a talented, dedicated in-house handcrafted, custom made jeweler to craft the best quality jewelry for you.
Darcie - Customer Service Manager, joined the family business in 2001 to work aside her Uncle Tim and Father Steve. Darcie started out working part time on the sales floor where she gained experience in the jewelry industry. She later received her certificate with The Gemological Institute of America in 2007. Her knowledge of gold, silver, gemstones and retro jewelry styles also play an important role to the business. She is very familiar with our fine jewelry and sterling silver styles as they change every year, so being a good manager she stays on top of buying and displaying all the new trends. Through her gained experience, Darcie has learned to manage writing Appraisals, Inventory Control, Bookkeeping, and Buying. Darcie's main priority is to assist customers and deliver the best customer service she can offer. We are very pleased to have such a versatile associate on our team.

Nancy - Sales Associate, came to Valley Jewelers in 2005 with a wealth of knowledge and experience in customer service and jewelry sales. Nancy demonstrates advanced product knowledge and builds quality customer relationships that result in continuous repeat business. She also exhibits an energetic and positive behavior that makes her shine in the customer service she provides to our customers. We are very happy to have such an outstanding and dependable associate on our team.

Casey - Photographer, has essentially grown up in the family jewelry business and joined the team in 2007 after graduating from Kennett High School. Casey currently manages all aspects of photographing jewelry and coins for our website and online store. She also has a interest in estate and and antique jewelry and has acquired an intimate collection in our showroom. With her ability to expand and grow, Casey is an knowledgeable associate that is loyal to our family jewelry business.
Danette - Marketing Manager, joined us in the summer of 2010 and has demonstrated outstanding customer servicer skills. Danette has supported many changes to help improve our jewelry and coin business such as store cleanliness, jewelry merchandising and store organization. She has been diligently working on building and developing our Valley Jewelers website. We are very pleased to have Danette's enthusiasm and commitment to our business.

Heather - Apprenticeship in Metals and Jewelry, joined the team in July of 2011. Heather's goal is to acquire basic studio management skills by assisting with the operations and maintenance of the Metals and Jewelry Studio. She also will be focusing on acquiring basic teaching and leadership skills by assisting day to day customers. Lastly, she will experiment with, and refine advanced metals techniques. Her assigned duties include weekly operations and jewelry maintenance duties, weekly teaching assistance, assigned studio improvement projects, and online education courses. We are very excited to have Heather be a part our family business.
